Hiking-Camping

In Panama you may enjoy different types of hikes: Camp, jungle, river, mountain, night and deserts. Hiking helps to keep you in shape and to explore unknown areas, as well as to enjoy nature and spectacular landscapes, also to share with family and friends and in that way to disconnect from time to time from the day to day of the city. When you decide to go camping, it is necessary to take into consideration certain recommendations from the experts and to always keep in mind that it is an adventure with limitations of luxuries that one is used to having. For example, you should choose a comfortable and spacious size tent where to sleep as well as a mattress or sleeping bag. In regards to clothing, it is necessary to take jeans, jackets, coats, strong and comfortable shoes to walk, t-shirts, underwear and socks. Currently, doctors agree in regards to the health benefits that the practice of this sport offers
